At MadeByKeywords, we are dedicated to providing high-quality services and digital products to our clients. Due to the nature of our offerings, which include personalized services and non-tangible digital goods, specific refund and return policies apply.

2. Services

2.1 Consultation and Design Services

• Non-Refundable: Once a service has been rendered, it is non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, niche research, t-shirt design, account setup, and marketing consultations.

• Cancellations: Clients may cancel a scheduled service up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may incur a fee, except in cases of emergency or mutual agreement.

2.2 Service Packages and Subscriptions

• Refund Eligibility: For multi-session packages or subscriptions, clients may request a refund for unused sessions within 14 days of purchase. Used sessions will be charged at the standard rate, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

• Non-Transferable: Services are non-transferable and intended solely for the original purchaser.

3. Digital Products

3.1 Downloadable Content

• Non-Refundable: Due to the immediate access and irrevocable nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it is deemed “used,” and no refunds or exchanges will be granted.

• Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate and detailed descriptions of our digital products. Clients are encouraged to review all information carefully before making a purchase.

3.2 Duplicate Purchases

• Refunds for Duplicates: In the event of accidental duplicate purchases, please contact us within 7 days. Upon verification, we will issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.

4. Technical Issues

• Download Problems: If you experience technical difficulties accessing or downloading a digital product, please contact our support team at support@madebykeywords.com within 48 hours of purchase. We will make every effort to assist and ensure you receive your product.

• Compatibility: Clients are responsible for ensuring that their devices meet the necessary requirements to access and use our digital products. Refunds will not be issued due to incompatibility.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

• Resolution Process: We encourage clients to contact us directly at support@madebykeywords.com to resolve any issues or disputes. Initiating a chargeback without first seeking resolution through our support team may result in the suspension of your account and future services.

6. Policy Changes

MadeByKeywords reserves the right to modify this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
